The latest recipe craze in the IP FB group has been causing me to have a serious case of ear worm.
And we all know the best way to cure an ear worm is to INFECT OTHERS!! 😀 😀 😀

It’s not like they haven’t been making them in the microwave for years. Lol
I, for one, never managed to master eggs in the microwave. (Yeah, I know, total shocker. 😉 )
These are the only eggs I have made in the microwave. I am 67 years old, I figured if I knew it so did everyone else.
Told my mom about egg loaf yesterday when she told me she was making hard boiled eggs for egg salad without using the IP. Hope it is a game changer for her. Will be for me the next time I need to make egg salad.
I’ve only introduced myself to egg salad over the past few years (and I’m approaching 50!). I’m the only one I would make it for, so an egg loaf won’t work for me. Looks interesting, though!
That’s the nice thing about egg loaf — you can use as many or as few eggs as you want/need! I think the main thing is to choose an appropriately sized bowl for the number of eggs you are using, to maintain a consistent depth-of-egg so that cooking time doesn’t need to be fiddled with.
